Sometimes a workout doesn’t have to kill you. Sometimes the goal is just to keep your heart pumping and keep working non-stop.

Here was my WOD yesterday (all for time):

air squats & push-ups//
ski 1K
//21-15-9
hyperextensions & sit-ups//
run 800m

I love how this made me feel!
